Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

All of our items are custom printed once ordered so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been incorrectly supplied, is the wrong order, or has a quality defect. We cannot accept a return or refund if you order the wrong size, supply a name with a typo, or change your mind on an item or colour.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item please photograph it fully and send photographs to the email below along with details of the problem. I will contact you as soon as I can to work out a suitable solution.
